Manor is 26 one-bedroom units set aside as supportive housing property for those in our community who are served by Community Counseling Services and/or Center for Independence. These apartments are funded by the HOME Program and can be subsidized by the HCV Program.
Bluebird Apartments consists of 8 one-bedroom units designated for elderly or disabled tenants. These rents are subsidized by the Rural Development 515 loan program, and the tenant pays approximately 30% of their adjusted income for rent.
Donnie Wahl is 14 one-bedroom and 6 two-bedroom units set aside for supportive housing for the developmentally disabled who are served by the Center for Independence. These apartments can be subsidized by the HCV Program.
