The Housing Choice Voucher Program is designed to offer rental assistance to low income families in Beadle County. Eligible participants select the privately owned rental property where they would like to live. If the property meets the program’s requirements your contribution toward rent and utilities is 30% of your adjusted annual income and your housing voucher will pay your landlord the balance.
